Children
Talking is just one of the ways I work with young people.
There are other things to do to help you get in touch with your problems:
- Art
- Puppets
- Clay
- Games
- Sand Tray
- Stories
- Dolls House
- Pretend
Sometimes things that might seem small have a great effect on us. Talking and playing may help when we feel:
- Lonely
- Unloved
- Powerless
- Worried
- Angry
Things don’t seem small at all, they can be too big for us to deal with.
It can help to share problems like:
- Bullying
- Family Difficulties
- Eating Problems
- Loss
- Depression
Problems can be so bad that we can’t carry on with ordinary life.
We need help:
- Domestic Violence
- Abuse
- Self Harming
- Suicide
